We, Beyond Cell (www.beyondcell.com), would like to inform you that we own four or more of these ZEBRA DESIGNS (Hot Pink with Black, Pink with White, Purple with Black , and Purple with White Zebra.  Please see attached figures on the second page for the details of colors and patterns).

These designs are copyrighted by federal registered copyrights.  Our registered copyrights do not limit the protection to only the designs as set forth in the copyrights, but also include other color combinations as well which come within the course and scope of the copyright protection and trade dress protection for the unique copyright designs and trade dress designs of Beyond Cell.

It is illegal to buy a product which is protected by another company’s copyrights from an unauthorized dealer which infringes the rights of the copyright owner.  Therefore, if you did not purchase these zebra designs from Beyond Cell which would include the specific color patterns as set forth above and other variations in color patterns which include the same design, then please return them to your vendors to avoid further legal action. 

We would like to inform you that we have filed a lawsuit against four California corporations with regard to their infringement of the copyright, trade dress and other intellectual property rights of Beyond Cell.  See attached file for details.
